1. Who are you? Ruben volovitz
2. Why did you decide on this Eco-Adventure Costa Rica minimester? I wanted to do something different rather than being in the same environment in school. I wanted to explore somewhere I have never been to before.
3.What was your favorite food/meal on the trip? Probably the rice and tomato soup we had in one of the restaurants.
4. What was the most important item you packed? A bathing suit because we were in the water most of the trip.
5. What was your favorite "Tom" moment? When he said “its only two football fields away.”
6. What made you laugh the most? When I fell and slid down a rock in the waterfall.
7. What made you think the most? River rafting because there was a lot of rules you had to follow.
8. What was your favorite adventure activity? River rafting because you never got tired of it.
9. What was your favorite eco activity? Separating the rich and useful soil from the dead soil using a special machine.
10. How was your community service project an important part of the trip? It helped to get more work quickly done while helping the environment at the same time.
11. What was your favorite view? The waterfall we hiked to.
12. What was your most memorable moment? Having to sleep in the hotel in the middle of the forest with all the strange animals while hearing someone scream every five minutes.
13. What surprised you? How many activities we were able to do.
14. What changed you? Having to sleep in the hotel in the middle of the forest with all the animals because I learned how we take things for granted.
15. What did you learn about another person on the trip? That they despise lizards more than a snake or spider although they are harmless.
16. What did you learn about yourself during this minimester? How much I enjoy doing different activities and being in the outdoors.
